Tip 2: Don't squeeze or pop pimples We are all guilty of doing this and it is hard to not do, but squeezing a zit can damage the healthy tissue around the pimple and make things worst. Also the healing time will be longer. Tips 3: Keep hair away from face Keeping your hair away from face, especially forehead area, can limit the amount of unwanted oils from your hair to collect onto the skin. Tip 4: Diet Lastly, diet can play a big role in healthy looking skin. The foods we eat can show how many nutrients we are getting into our body. If a breakout occurs, then you maybe lacking certain vitamins and minerals. Consuming a balance diet can help keep it moist and clear. There you go with a few tips to get rid of acne.
